  1. WOOHOO!!! You can do it. What worked for me …lots of water, treadmill, very light dinner never past 7, green tea, very little bread (painful), and the moon diet/fast a couple of times for a boost. You can look it up online, basically water, juice, and broth on full moon or new moon days. Gee, I need to do this again. 😉
